Kerry develops loan business through several national banks and lenders using the loan referral process. She gathers information about businesses and real estate investors in need of financing, curating it into complete packages for lenders. Her keen investigative skills allow her to drill down to the details that lenders require for their lending decisions.
George Taylor, Sr.
George Taylor, Sr. has over 40 years of banking experience. He managed commercial lending departments at major banks before becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer of two different community banks. He spent the last thirty years of his career in Denver, Colorado focusing on commercial finance and real estate lending.
In 1994, George founded Evergreen Financial. Evergreen Financial has been in business for over 30 years, assisting clients with financing needs, providing financial advice to business clients on a retainer basis, and helping banks and lenders obtain commercial finance opportunities.

George Taylor, Jr.
George Taylor, Jr. has been involved in commercial finance and real estate lending since 2000. After graduating from college, he started his own business, assisting many small business owners in Colorado and Wyoming with the development of their business plans. Most of these clients were seeking SBA financing and needed professional business plans to present to lenders.
