    • 1 origination point plus lender fees and out-of-pocket expenses (appraisal, Phase I, etc.)

    • 3, 5, 10, and 15 years (with 25-year amortization)

    • Minimum of 25% for multi-purpose properties

    • Approval: 7 to 14 days

    • Closing: 30 days after approval

    • Must demonstrate three years of debt coverage at a minimum of 1.25:1

    • Owner’s credit must be good
